Terms of Service

1. What the site is for

CMG FiveM is the external game/server environment the listings are intended for. xee market displays community listings and requests for in-game use there; services, descriptions, and promotions are not offers for physical goods or real-world services.

Out-of-game trading is not offered through xee market. Do not use the site to arrange purchases or sales unrelated to CMG FiveM.

2. Discord account and access

Signing in uses Discord to identify your account and check whether you can access the site. Your Discord name and avatar may be shown in your profile and in the site's completed-order activity. Some features require you to remain a member of the xee market Discord community.

You are responsible for your Discord account and for activity carried out through it. Discord is a separate service and its own terms and privacy rules apply to your use of Discord.

3. Listings and requests

Listings describe community services and may include details, categories, provider names, rates, or images. Availability and listing information can change or be removed.

Opening a ticket submits a request about the selected listing or service. It does not by itself guarantee availability, acceptance, delivery, or a particular outcome. Please check the request details before submitting. Only one active request per service category may be open for an account at a time.

4. Cashout information

The Cashout page displays a conversion estimate between pounds and CMG coins. The currently shown rate is £1 to 300,000 CMG coins, for selectable amounts from £1 to £500. The displayed total is an estimate based on that rate and may change if the published rate changes.

Submitting a cashout ticket sends a request for confirmation; the calculator itself does not complete an exchange or guarantee that a request will be fulfilled. Cashout information is for CMG FiveM use only and is not an offer for out-of-game trading or real-world items.

5. Sales and promotions

Sale labels, discount percentages, announcements, and other promotional information describe a promotion for selected CMG FiveM services and for the period shown. A sale label does not automatically change a listing price or complete a request. Confirm the applicable offer details before proceeding with a request.

6. Memberships

Memberships are paid for with CMG FiveM in-game cash. A membership request opens a Discord ticket; the selected membership and its discount role are activated only after staff confirm payment. Monthly memberships last 30 days and do not renew automatically. Lifetime memberships do not have a scheduled expiry.

Membership discounts apply only to vehicle rentals and weapon whitelists, are tied to the corresponding Discord role, and stack with active sales. Gold includes one free one-week rental of one eligible 300kg vehicle per membership term; Platinum includes two. Free rentals depend on eligible vehicle stock being available and are counted when an order ticket is opened. Unused monthly allowances expire with the membership term. Membership access and its role may be suspended or removed at any time if you breach these Terms or applicable community rules.

If xee market ceases to exist or permanently stops operating, membership benefits end and membership payments will not be refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Memberships have no real-world cash value and do not entitle you to an out-of-game refund.

7. Giveaways

Giveaway details and closing times are shown on the site. Entry requires an authenticated account, and entrants must still be members of the xee market Discord community when eligibility is checked. Entry counts and displayed chances can change as people enter.

Any additional conditions shown with a giveaway apply to that giveaway. A displayed entry or chance does not guarantee that you will win.

8. Your use of the site

Use xee market lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading requests, interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access restrictions, or use the site to abuse or disrupt the community.

Information you submit in a request should be accurate and relevant. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in a ticket.

9. Availability and external services

Site features may be changed, paused, or unavailable from time to time. The status page provides a recent indication of service health, not a promise of uninterrupted access.

Discord and linked third-party websites, including the CMG Store, are separate services. Their availability, content, terms, and privacy practices are outside xee market's control.

10. Access and updates

Access may be limited if your membership in the xee market Discord community changes, or if you misuse the site or breach applicable xee market community rules. These terms may be updated as the site changes. The latest version will be posted here and applies to continued use after it is published.

11. Limitations

The site and its information are provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, xee market does not guarantee that listings, promotions, or site features will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
